Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within [7/10] days of delivery
• Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Sulov reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Shipping Policy

Sulov delivers products across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days. Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Sulov is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
